Yes, you read that right! Species can now be added to a Work Record. Imagine the possibilities! For example, you can use the Species List to assign a tree that needs to be planted within a Work Record. Contractors will be able to add the Tree or Shrub Species that is planted along with any other relevant data.

Have you ever felt like Requested/Scheduled/Completed dates don’t fit your workflow? The new date type attribute will offer endless possibilities of dates to record within a Work Record. You can use it for a plant date, or for a work approval date.
(Coming Soon…) The document type for custom work attributes will allow you to label and organize your documents or photos within the Work Record.

For those of you that rely on the grid, you will be happy to know that the Custom Work Attributes are included! This means that the new attributes are viewable in the Data Grid Work tab, and they can be exported using the Export tools in the Data Grid menu. Please review documentation for more information on how to use the Data Grid: [Old] Data Grid
