---|---|
Archive | A way to record what information was present in a site before it was changed. This allows you to see previous versions of a site and creates a record of change throughout a site's life. |
Attribute | Specific information about each individual site. This often includes species, condition, DBH, etc. |
Field | When searching for or entering in data, any box that you can enter data into may be referred to as a field. |
Dashboard | A section in the side toolbar sidebar that displays published reports. |
Data Grid / Grid | A more detailed, table-like view of your selected data. Can be accessed by clicking either green button in the bottom right of TreeKeeper. |
Quick Filter | A saved search. Can be created by any user to easily run a search and view specific data more quickly. |
Menu / Side toolbarSidebar | The icons on the left site side of the TreeKeeper window that contains give access to features for viewing and manipulating your data. |
Project | A group of scheduled work to be completed over a specific timeline. |
Site ID | The unique number assigned to each different site in TreeKeeper. This is viewable and searchable from the front end. |
Remote ID | Remote ID (labelled as UniqueID in exports) is another unique identifier for each site. It is generated by concatenating the site creator’s initials with the current date and time (Ex: AlKi_202106071326). This ID is not traditionally viewable from the TreeKeeper front end, but Permissions can be set to allow for it. |
Report | A way to view and compare specific data, such as number of empty sites or different species of tree based on location. This is located in the Report Builder section. |
Style | This controls what each reference layer and data layer in TreeKeeper look like. Styles are stored on a server called GeoServer and can be customized by reaching out to TreeKeeper Support. |
Transfer Values | Values that, when set up, will automatically fill in information of a new site as it is created. |
TRAQ | ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification. The risk attributes for each site to be assessed by someone who is TRAQ certified. |
Work Record | A single record containing the details of work that has already been done or needs to be done. |
Work Order | A collection of work records. |
