The Reason List Managementsection allows an admin to view, edit, and delete the values that are available to select in the Reason field while when adding a call. TreeKeeper systems are commonly typically delivered with Service Request “Service Request” and Complaint“Complaint”, but other values can be added as you wish.
Call reasons can be edited or deleted using the buttons within the Actions column. It is not recommended to delete a list value that is currently in use, so you can check how many calls are using each list value within the Usage Count column.

Too add a Reason, click the button at the bottom of thewindow will allow you to add a value to , giving the Reason List after simply giving it a name, and click Save.
