Contractors will now have an easier time tracking and planning their work. The Work Comments have also planning follow up work themselves while the new tagged work comments have now been incorporated into the Report Builder! Apply All Accessible Rules
We have added the ability for Contractor Users to run rules to add Follow Contractor-level users can now apply Rules (saved edits) that add pre-configured Follow-Up Work Records , even if they do not don't have permission to edit Work Data. If you have set up your Rules and Group Access correctly, then things should operate as expected. It might be a good idea to review your Group Management settings in the Admin Center, and your Rules with Follow Up Work Records, to be sure that the correct access has been granted to Contractor User Accounts. We recommend Administrators review their Rules and Group Management settings to take advantage of this new feature.
Work Comments In the Report Builder
The Work Comments new tagged work comments can now be used for your data reports in the within Report Builder! Our next release will remove the deprecated “Work Comments” and “Work Post Comments” fields. Until then, we will be assisting in re-creating any prior reports referencing these deprecated attributes. For more information on building reports, please refer to this documentation.
