Overview
The Calendar tool allows you to see events scheduled for different sites, work ordersrecords, and calls. You can view these items in month, week, or day viewBelow, you can see a calendar set to view work records. To navigate to the calendar, click on the calendar icon 
in the sidebar.

Calendar View
The calendar view can be changed to display different timeframes. Month, week, and day view are displayed like an average calendarsimilar calendars you’re used to seeing, but you can also choose a list view which will display the calendar events as an itemized list for the month, week, or day. You can change the view by clicking any of the buttons shown below:

You can switch between viewing sites, work, or calls by clicking through the green buttons below. Additionally, each of these sections has filters, additional controls, and a legend. The filter allow you to search your calendar. The additional controls section allows you to jump to a different month and year. The calendar legend details what each these buttons.

Switching between the Sites, Work, and Calls tabs using the green buttons on the left side of the screen will change what kind of items appear in the calendar. Each of these tabs has Calendar Filters, Additional Controls, and the Calendar Legend within them.
Calendar Filters – a search; allows you to determine what items appear in the calendar.
Additional Controls – allows you to search for events from a specific month and/or year.
Calendar Legend – explains what all of the icons mean.

Calendar Utility
In the upper left of the calendar top-right corner, there are a few additional buttons to help navigate through the calendar and the events displayed. The “Load into Grid” button allows you to view Clicking the Load into Grid button will select the calendar events you are currently looking at in the grid. Refresh allows you to , changing how they symbolize on the map and loading their data into the Data Grid. Refresh will check for any recently added information. Finally, the arrows on the far right allow you to change the month and year one at a time. The single arrows change the month and the double arrows change the year.
