Export All Data
Exporting all data means that all data will be exported regardless of any filters currently active.
Export Visible Data

top-right of the report. You will then see a list appear, allowing you to export in three different formats: Excel file, CSV, or PDF.
There are also three different types of exports per file type:
All data
Listing report – exported file will contain all data shown in the report as well as an additional column containing the Site ID for that individual record.
Summary report – exported file will contain all data shown in the report as well as an additional column containing an array of the Site IDs that make up the Count.
Visible data – exported file will contain all data shown in the report exactly as it displays in the Report Builder.
This option will allow you to export a smaller set of data by filtering.
