A new warning was added to make sure when someone is trying to delete a species value that is used in a Rule, Quick Filter, or Report that they are informed what items need to be updated to allow them to delete the Species Value.

New Work Record View: DBH List Values

If the system had an inactive value that was used previously, any work record that used that inactive value would throw an error. Now if there is a an inactive list value that is inactive it will show the value as expected!
