Highlights
Contractors Can Use All Rules
We have added the ability for Contractor Users to run rules to add Follow Up Work Records, even if they do not have permission to edit Work Data. If you have set up your Rules and Group Access correctly, then things should operate as expected. It might be a good idea to review your Group Management settings in the Admin Center, and your Rules with Follow Up Work Records, to be sure that the correct access has been granted to Contractor User Accounts. Work Comments In the Report Builder
The Work Comments can now be used for your data reports in the Report Builder! For more information on building reports, please refer to this documentation.
