Comments are often added to work records as a way to communicate specific details of a work record to the User, Contractor and Guest groups. When a work record is made, the user making the work record can add a comment to it, set which group they would like to share the comments with and even set a comment tag to it to denote what the reason for the comment was. Work Comment tags as mentioned before are for denoting for what reason or even when a comment was made. As such all Treekeeper systems come with two default Comment Tags for work comments, these are “Pre-Work” and “Post-Work”
