Editing Individual Sites

To Edit from the grid pull up the group of sites that you want to Edit from by selecting them or searching for them. Then you can click the check mark next to the specific site and press the eye icon. Without using the data grid you can begin editing a site by clicking on a site on the map and in the popup window that appears clicking the eye icon. Both of these methods will bring you to the Site Information window, from here you can click on the Edit site icon in the top right of the Site Information window to be brought to the Edit Site window:

In the Edit Site window, each Site Class is accessible by clicking on the class name, which will extend the class out so that you can view the individual attributes and edit them how you would like. After you have completed your edits you will have to scroll to the bottom of the Edit Site window and click Save.

Globally Editing Sites

Global Edit functionality is only available to accounts with Global Edit permissions to that specific data layer. To be given Global Edit permissions, have an admin level account access your user account settings and adjust the permissions on the data layer.

To edit multiple sites, run a search or make a selection of the sites you would like to edit. Then you can click the check marks next to the specific site and press the Edit icon (it should look similar to the edit icon in the Site Information window) placing your mouse over this icon should also have the words Global Edit popup on screen. This will bring up the Global Edit window, the information in this window for each attribute will be blank and any information you do fill out in this window will be copied and edited to each site you that had check marked before making the edit. Anything left blank will stay as it currently is in the queued sites:
