Overview

The Calendar tool allows you to see events scheduled for different sites, work records, and calls. Below, you can see a calendar set to view work records. To navigate to the calendar, click on the calendar icon (blue star) in the sidebar.

Calendar View

The calendar view can be changed to display different timeframes. Month, week, and day are displayed similar calendars you’re used to seeing, but you can also choose a list view which will display the calendar events as an itemized list for the month, week, or day. You can change the view by clicking any of these buttons.

Calendar Filters

Switching between the Sites, Work, and Calls tabs using the green buttons on the left side of the screen will change what kind of items appear in the calendar. Each of these tabs has Calendar Filters, Additional Controls, and the Calendar Legend within them.

  • Calendar Filters – a search; allows you to determine what items appear in the calendar.

  • Additional Controls – allows you to search for events from a specific month and/or year.

  • Calendar Legend – explains what all of the icons mean.

Calendar Utility

In the top-right corner, there are a few additional buttons to help navigate through the calendar and the events. Clicking the Load into Grid button will select the calendar events you are currently looking at, changing how they symbolize on the map and loading their data into the Data Grid. Refresh will check for any recently added information. Finally, the arrows on the far right allow you to change the calendar by a month (single arrows) or by a year (double arrows).
