At times our Follow Me or Center Me buttons, often called Location Services, may be disabled and shown as a greyed out button.
In most cases, this is because we have disabled the location on the device. Please see the steps below to re-enable it:
For PC users:
In the URL bar, location the site settings button.
Enable the location option.
Reload the website.
For Apple iOS users:
Enable Location Services under Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
