Viewing Site Information (X)

One of the most useful features of any management software is the ability to view and change information as needed. Like there are multiple ways to select sites, there are also multiple ways to view the information of an inventory or selection.

A - Class Tabs

The class tabs, which organize the attributes of the site into similar groupings, can be selected here. Changing your selection will change the information shown in the Information Pane.

B - Photo Section

If the site has photos for it, or we would like to upload one, we can do so in this section.

C - Inset Map (Google Satellite)

Part of the mapping component will be embedded in the window, centered around the site being viewed to help show its location on the map.

D - Information Pane

Here is where we will see the attributes and their values for the selected class.

E - Information Tabs

Each site may have more information available for it, such as calls or work. Here we can select other information that we would like to see. In order, it is Site Information, Calls, Work, Benefits, Archives, and a Print Site button.

F - Email Site Button

If this option has been enabled, you may use it to open a new email composition with a link to the site.

G - Copy to Clipboard Button

Using this will copy a link to the site to your computer’s clipboard.

H - Edit Information Button

This button will open the site edit form, where we can alter attribute values or even delete the site.
