The Caller Classification List displays the values that are used to classify who a caller is when making a record of a call. Now some typical Caller Classification values you would have in every system would be Other and Owner but some systems may use caller classifications such as Visitor in park systems or even property owner. If you want to add more caller Caller Classification values then you can hit the “+” button at the bottom of the page to access the Add Classification Value page.
