This release focused on improving contractor permissions and work-related commenting. Contractors will now have an easier time planning follow up work themselves while the new tagged work comments have now been incorporated into Report Builder! Highlights

Contractors Can Apply All Accessible Rules

Contractor-level users can now apply Rules (saved edits) that add pre-configured Follow-Up Work Records even if they don't have permission to edit work attributes! We recommend Administrators review their Rules and Group Management settings to take advantage of this new feature.

Work Comments In the Report Builder

The new tagged work comments can now be used within Report Builder! Our next release will remove the deprecated “Work Comments” and “Work Post Comments” fields. Until then, we will be assisting in re-creating any prior reports referencing these deprecated attributes. For more information on building reports, please refer to this documentation.
