Summary
This release focused primarily on improving user experience. More robust date searching options have been added while additional tweaks have been made to the data grid and Calendar tool!
Highlights
New Date Search Capabilities!
The Search tool can now query date-type fields using date ranges relative to today’s date. When performing a search, you can enter a number of days either before or after today to filter results. A good example of it’s usefulness might be in creating a saved filter for all of the work assigned to a crew within the next seven days, or not completed within the last month.
This example searches work records scheduled within the last week and upcoming week.
Data Grid User Experience!
When the Data Grid is opened, the left tool panel will now close automatically revealing the Data Grid tools. The Calendar Tool’s “Load into Grid” button will now also affect the “Work Order” grid as well as the “Work” grid. For more information on the Data Grid, please refer to this documentation.
