Work Order Search - Limit to Open Orders

We have been asked a few times for the ability to restrict what Work Orders show in the Search panel so you only see the Work Orders that are currently open. So we have added a check box to allow this capability.

When searching for a Work Order, the check box will be next to the Work Order Name field. Without the box checked the list will show ALL Work Orders, and checking the box will only show the open Work Orders.

There is also a new “Refresh” button to the right. This was added to refresh the Work Order Name List.

Bug Fixes

Work Records - New View

• When viewing linked Work Records the Parent/Child work record would not show in the list if the filters were adjusted.

  • The Parent/Child Work Record will now show when selected.

• Status Dates can now be edited fully before being prompted about updating other fields.

  • When updating a Work Record Status Date the form would prompt you to confirm if you want to update a prior status date because the new date predated the others; The prompt would appear before the user finishes typing causing interruptions. Now it waits until you are finished editing.

• When editing a site/feature and adding a work record, custom work attributes with default values would not properly save the default values

  • The default values for custom work attributes will now populate the form and save properly.
