Layer Management

Overview

When you want to Edit a Data Layer you will be brought to this page where you can edit the Data Layer itself and be brought to a similar page as when you are adding a data layer. Next you can also edit the Classes that reside in the Data Layer, the Attributes, the Attribute List, the Rules used in the Data Layer and the Dashboard Filters.

Adding a Layer

To add a layer, use the “+” button at the bottom of the page to bring up the Add Data Layer page. Here you can add a Data Layer Name as well as set the Address Type between street and park and set Shape Type as point, line, polygon, multi-line or multi-polygon. You can also set whether the X and Y coordinates show, Data is shown, if it has Guest Access and if Rover is enabled.

Please keep in mind that adding a layer also requires some back end work, so if you would like a layer added to your system please contact us so we can do that for you!
