The Dashboard

The Dashboard feature provides quick access to preferred reports without having to navigate to the Report Builder.

Some features of the dashboard include the ability for a user to publish reports to their personal dashboard, manage published dashboard reports, filter data, and select sites on the map and populate the data grid.


Dashboard Features

Within the Dashboard, you can filter data and select sites from a Dashboard report.

Filter Data

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Click the Filter button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard panel.

  3. Choose the attribute values you would like filter the dashboard reports on. You can also choose to filter the dashboard reports on Map Selected sites and Grid Queued sites.

  4. Click ‘Execute Filter’

With Dashboard filters active, any dashboard report’s data will be filtered down to only sites matching the criteria you specified.

If you no longer want your dashboard reports to be filtered, click the Filter button and click ‘Clear Filter’.

If you would like more attributes available to filter on in the Dashboard, contact TreeKeeper Support.

Select Sites

  1. Open the Dashboard and open the report you would like to select sites from.

  2. Checkmark the desired sites/groups.

  3. Click ‘Show Checkmarked Sites’.

    1. This will select the sites on the map and populate the Data Grid with the site information.

Custom Dashboard Reports

You are able to publish any User Report from Report Builder to your Dashboard and Homepage.
