Update Security Questions and Change Password

Once logged in, you’ll be presented with another featurein the upper right-hand corner: a button between the “Support Portal” and the “Switch to Mobile” buttons that allows you to alter your login information and preferences for TreeKeeper.

The Update Security tab allows you to change security questions and answers, which you would need to reset your password. Additionally, you can change your password at any time by entering a new password and confirming the password at the bottom of this window.

The Preferences tab lets you choose between displaying the botanical name first or the common name first when viewing the species of a site or set of sites.
