Adding a Call
Adding from the Site
To add a call on an individual site, first view the site, then open the Call Information tab. From here you can view & edit existing calls or click the Add a Call button to create a new one.
Adding a Caller
When adding or editing a call you will see a button next to the dropdown where you would choose a caller. Clicking that button presents a form allowing you to record information about the new caller. This form includes name, address, suffix, street, city, state, zip code, work and home phone, email, and caller classification.
Adding from the Data Grid
Calls can also be added to multiple sites at once through the Data Grid. First, run a search or select sites using a map tool. Then, within the Data Grid queue the sites you want to add a call to. Once sites have been queued, click the Add Call button to open the call form. This individual call will be added to all queued sites upon submission.
