Summary

This release was focused on fixing issues found after releasing the new Bulk Document feature in Release 2023.07.07.

Highlights

Document Attributes

• If a document name was long, the document field would be off-screen on smaller screens, i.e. iPhones and Android devices. This would cause you to have to scroll to submit or edit the feature.

• If a site had multiple work records with the same document uploaded the Document Attribute would not show any available documents.

• When uploading a document to a Document Attribute, the system would check if the document was valid after making the changes. Now it will validate if the uploaded document is smaller than 100MB, a valid file type, and if its file name is valid before submitting the changes. So you can correct the issue before saving the edits.

• Photos associated with a Document Attribute would not have a proper link made. So when selecting the photo it would not open the photo. Now it opens the full photo.

Bulk Document Uploads

• When you upload a document to multiple work records on the same site and then set that document as a favorite, the document carousel would show multiple of the same documents instead of just one. Now the documents will display in the proper order with the favorite star after the file name.
