Highlights
Custom Work Attributes!
As mentioned in previous blog posts, clients can now request custom attributes be added to your work records! This final phase implemented the ability for administrative users to manage lists associated to these attributes from the Admin Center (please reference this documentation).
An example of a custom work attribute you may want to consider requesting would be a “Work Result” attribute having associated list values like “Completed” and “Denied”, which could track whether any work was performed regardless of work record’s “Completed” status. You may also want to add a “Denied Reason” open text attribute to track why requested work may have been denied.
Work Comment Criteria in Reports!
Users now have the ability to filter a report to only those records having specific work comments! Regardless to capitalization, any string within a work comment can be set in the Criteria section while adding or editing a report!
Work Order Name dropdown!
By popular demand, the Work Order dropdown list has now returned to the Search Tool! We had previously switched to a ‘type-ahead’ box which required a user to begin typing to populate a dropdown list of work orders. While this was necessary for clients having a very long list of work orders, those with fewer than 500 open work orders will now get to choose from a dropdown without having to type anything!
Quick Filter User Groups!
Quick Filters have now incorporated User Groups into the Filter Add/Edit screen. Any User Group that has been added via the Admin Center’s Group Management link now will be available for any Quick Filter. For more information on how to create or edit a Quick Filter, please refer to this documentation.

Summary
This release includes many updates, most affecting tagged Work Comments and the ability to track Custom Work Attributes which are now in their final phase of development! Some changes have also been made to the Calendar Tool, Rule execution in work records, the Admin Center, printing, and reporting!
Highlights
New Work Comments in the Data Grid / Grid Exports
The new Work Comments are now available in the Data Grid and grid export options! A separate column will be available to add to your Work grid for each Tag used, as well as a column for work comments with no tag.
