Adding from the Site
In order to add a call for an individual site, we first need to open the sites' informational window, then select the Calls tab. From here we can view created calls and edit them, or select the Add a Call button to create a new one.
Adding a Caller
When adding or editing a call you will see a “+” next to the box where you select a caller. If you click here you can add all the information about the caller. This includes name, address, suffix, street, city, state, zip code, work and home phone, email, and classification.
Adding from the Grid
We can also globally add a call from the Data Grid. First, we’ll search or select a number of sites, then within the Grid checkmark them. Once we have the sites we want to add a call to check-marked, we can select the Add Call button to bring up the call form.
