When navigating to your TreeKeeper URL, the first page you’ll come across is the Guest view. This view is designed in such a way that it can be publicly displayed to provide limited access to tree inventory data. Typically, the fields allowed for viewing by guests include non-sensitive data such as tree species, DBH, address information, and other boundary information such as city limits and parks.

Logging In

In order to view more datathe full data set and all of the layers, you will need to log in. This is available with done by clicking the Login button in the upper right-hand corner. Clicking the Login button will prompt you to enter your case-sensitive username and your password.

Should you have difficulty logging in, you may speak to an administrator for your TreeKeeper system about a password or account reset. Reset instructions can be found here: Personal Password Reset OR or Internal Password/Account Reset.
