Sometimes when having issues logging into your Treekeeper, you might need to request a password reset from our Support Services. To do so, follow these steps:First, select

  1. Enter your username (case sensitive).

You will then get a notice saying that an email has been sent to the email address associated with your TreeKeeper account. Please make sure to give it the email a few minutes moments to show up and check your junk mail or spam folder if you cannot find it. If you still cannot find haven’t received the email and it’s not in your junk/spam folder, please contact TreeKeeper Support and we will be happy to assist you get logged in.

After Once you receive the password reset email you can , click the link and follow the provided instructions. You will 'll have to answer a your security question questions to confirm your identity before your password can be reset. Once you have correctly answered the security question you can enter and confirm your new password.

Note

Your username is case sensitive. Entering the wrong username when logging in or requesting a password reset will cause an unsuccessful login and/or the password reset email to not be sent to your email.
