Personal Password Reset

If you are an admin looking to reset a password or account for another user please see: User Management

If you’re having trouble logging in to your TreeKeeper system, you may need to request a password reset from our Support Services. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of TreeKeeper.

  2. Click “Forgot Password”.

  3. Enter your username (case sensitive).

    1. Make sure to enter your username, not your email or anything else.

  4. Click “Submit”.

You will then get a notice saying that an email has been sent to the email address associated with your TreeKeeper account. Please make sure to give the email a few moments to show up and check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it. If you haven’t received the email and it’s not in your junk/spam folder, please contact TreeKeeper Support and we will be happy to help you get logged in.

Once you receive the password reset email, click the link and follow the provided instructions. You'll have to answer your security questions to confirm your identity before your password can be reset.

Your username is case sensitive. Entering the wrong username when logging in or requesting a password reset will cause an unsuccessful login and/or the password reset email to not be sent to your email.
