This release focused on improving contractor permissions and work-related commenting. Contractors Can Apply All Accessible Rules
We have added the ability for Contractor-level users to can now apply Rules (saved edits) that add pre-configured Follow-Up Work Records even if they don't have permission to edit specific work attributes! We recommend Administrators review their Rules and Group Management settings to be sure proper access has been given to their contractors. Work Comments In the Report Builder
The new tagged work comments can now be used within Report Builder! Our next release will remove the deprecated “Work Comments” and “Work Post Comments” fields. Until then, we will be assisting in re-creating any prior reports referencing these deprecated attributes. For more information on building reports, please refer to this documentation.
