Adding from the Site
In order to To add a call for on an individual site, we first need to open the sites' informational windowview the site, then select open the Calls Call Information 
tab. From here we you can view created calls and edit them, or select & edit existing calls or click the Add a Call button to create a new one.

When adding or editing a call you will see a “+” button next to the box dropdown where you select would choose a caller. If you click here you can add all the Clicking that button presents a form allowing you to record information about the new caller. This form includes name, address, suffix, street, city, state, zip code, work and home phone, email, and caller classification.

Adding from the Data Grid
We Calls can also globally add a call from be added to multiple sites at once through the Data Grid. First, we’ll run a search or select a number of sites, then sites using a map tool. Then, within the Grid checkmark them. Once we have Data Grid queue the sites we you want to add a call to check-marked, we can select . Once sites have been queued, click the Add Call button to bring up open the call form. This individual call will be added to all queued sites upon submission.
