Overview

The login log Login Log is where we an Admin can view the login activity in the TreeKeeper system. Login attempts are accompanied with the user’s username and name, a timestamp, and whether or not the login was successful. This tool is good for admins to troubleshoot login issues.From here you will be able to see who has logged in recently and who has attempted to log in recently. Our first step will be to hit the ‘Get Log’ button which will display all the logs as long as you haven’t entered any filters yet.

Viewing the Log

To view the log, simply click the Get Log button. If there is no criteria specified, this will show all login attempts.

If you’re looking for more specific login attempts, you can specify what users you want to view as well as a date range. You will have to click Get Log to show the results.

You can also use filters within the log that returns. Clicking on the filter box under the column name will allow you to search for certain users.
