Administration Center
Overview
The Admin Center is a feature only available to Admins where changes to the TreeKeeper system itself, from managing users to adding and editing attribute values.
To access the Admin Center, click on the gear icon in the sidebar.
Account Management
This section contains all things related to user accounts.
Reset passwords, edit user accounts, or add new users to the TreeKeeper system. | |
Provides a log containing all login attempts. | |
Groups allow you to classify users. You can add users to Groups and give Groups access to certain rules, reports, and quick filters. |
Administrative List Management
The administrative lists are where TreeKeeper stores list values for attributes and other key pieces of information. As an administrator in the system, you can add, edit, or remove values from these lists as needed.

Allows you to specify which system attributes that are viewable or editable at certain security levels. | |

If you need to add a species or edit an existing species value, that can be done here. | |
Lists of list-type attributes can be managed here. | |
For park-style layers, the lists for geographic attributes used to locate a site can be managed here. | |
For calls, a reason for the call must be assigned. That list can be managed here. | |
For calls and work, a priority is assigned. The shared priority list can be managed here. | |
For calls, a caller classification must be assigned. Common types/groups of people who may call can be managed Workhere. | |
For work, a crew must be assigned. You can manage the Crew list here. | |
Each individual work record tracks the type of work to be performed. The list of Work Types can be managed here. | |
Work records must be assigned to a project, which allows you to classify work to enhance searching an reporting. The Project list can be managed here. | |
Rules can be thought of as saved edits. All Rules in the TreeKeeper system can be managed here. | |
Comment tags are ways to label and classify work record comments. Those tags can be managed here. |
