Administration Center

Overview

The Admin Center of TreeKeeper is the place to make changes to the TreeKeeper system itself, from managing users to adding and editing attribute values. To navigate to the Admin Center, click on the gear icon AdminCenter-Icon.png in the sidebar.

This feature is only available to Admin-level users!


Account Management

This section contains all things related to user accounts.

User Management

Reset passwords, edit, or add new users for the TreeKeeper system.

Login Log

Provides a log containing all login attempts.

Group Management

Groups allow you to classify users. You can provide Groups access to rules, reports, and quick filters.


Administrative List Management

The administrative lists are where TreeKeeper stores list values for attributes and other key pieces of information. As an administrator in the system, you can add, edit, or remove values from these lists as needed.

Permissions Management

Allows you to specify what data is viewable or editable at certain security levels.

Street List Management

The Street list can be managed here.

Side List Management

The Side list can be managed here.

Species Information Management

If you need to add species or edit an existing species value, that can be done here.

Attribute List Management

Lists for list-type attributes can be managed here.

Geography List Management

For park-style layers, the lists for geographic attributes used to locate a site can be edited here.

Reason List Management

Reasons for why someone would call in to report something can be added here.

Priority List Management

For calls and work, a priority is assigned. The priority list can be managed here.

Caller Classification List Management

Common types/groups of people who would call in to report something can be added here.

Work Crew Management

Add and manage active crews to which work can be assigned here.

Work Type Management

Each individual work records tracks the type of work to be performed. The list of Work Types can be managed here.

Project Management

Work records must be assigned to a project, which allows you to classify work to enhance searching an reporting. The Project list can be managed here.

Rule Management

Rules are essentially saved edits. All rules in the TreeKeeper system can be managed here.

Comment Tags Management

Comment tags are ways to label and classify work record comments. Those tags can be managed here.
