Managing Columns

In the data table, there are default fields that are visible. These can be reordered, added to, revised and removed.

In the menu in the upper right, we can open a dropdown to select/deselect which columns we would like to see. Additionally, we can use the arrow in the column title to both sorts, hide, or move the column around.

Managing Columns

To add or remove fields from the data table, start by clicking the the menu icon (blue star) in the top-right corner. This will reveal a list where you can choose which the columns to display in the data table by clicking on the attribute name itself.

Columns can also be sorted by clicking the arrow in the column heading and choosing the sort direction. In the data grid only, that same dropdown also includes options to pin that field to the left or right of the grid.

To resize columns, place your cursor on an edge of the column you want to resize and you will see the cursor change. You can then click and drag the border to the desired size.

After we’ve arranged and resized how we likeOnce the data table has been customized to your liking, it’s critical to open the menu and choose click Save Grid Layout, otherwise. Otherwise, any change in the data or a new search will reset refresh the grid, sending it back to how it looked the last time you saved the layout.
