Data Grid

Overview

The Data Grid is where you can view and/or manipulate records resulting from multiple selected sites, calls, or work records in your inventory. “Selected” records are those resulting from performing a Search or using your Map Selection Tools.

The Data Grid can be customized for each user! Use the menu button in the top-right corner of the grid to add or remove attributes. Columns can be moved and resized as well! Make sure to click “Save Grid Layout” for your changes to persist! Please see Data Table Column Management for more information on customization.

C – Layer Selection

If sites from multiple data layers are selected at the same time, this is where you can choose which data layer’s data to view in the grid. The data table can only show results from one data layer at a time.

D – Data Table

This is where data for the selected sites can be viewed. The columns are adjustable, including column width & order, as well as what fields present and hidden. For more information on customizing your data grid, see Data Table Column Management.

E – Grid Accessibility

The left button pops the grid out into a new window, allowing you to view the entire map with the data grid on another screen. The button on the right opens and closes the data grid.

F – Pagination (# of records displayed in grid)

By default, the grid will only show up to 10,000 results. The remaining results will be on a separate page. With these buttons, you can change the page, or change how many records are shown on a page.
