This release focused on improving contractor permissions and work-related commenting. Contractors will now have an easier time planning their follow up work within TreeKeeper themselves while the new tagged work comments have been incorporated into Report Builder! Highlights
Contractors Can Apply All Accessible Rules
We have added the ability for Contractor-level users to apply Rules (saved edits) that add Follow Up Work Records even if they don't have permission to edit specific work attributes! We recommend Administrators review their Rules and Group Management settings to be sure proper access has been given to their contractors. Work Comments In the Report Builder
The new tagged work comments can now be used within Report Builder! Our next release will remove the deprecated “Work Comments” and “Work Post Comments” fields. Until then, we will be assisting in re-creating any prior reports referencing these attributes. For more information on building reports, please refer to this documentation.
