The archives are a way to record what information was present in a site before it was changed. This allows for a record of change throughout a sites' life.

A - All Archives Button

The All Archives button will open a form showing all the archives in a table format for easy comparison and export.

B - Archives Overview

The archives overview is how we can select an archive for viewing. That archives' information will show up in the information section.

C - Archives Information

This lists the sites' data as it was based on one of its change dates. Fields that are different from what they are at present in the system will be highlighted in red.

D - Information Tabs

These are used to flip between different sections of data relating to a site.

If a mistake is made in editing, the archives provide a useful reference point for correcting it.
