With the new “Deselect sites” button available in the Work and Call grids, we now have a better workflow for creating work records for sites that haven’t already had a particular work performed on them.

To illustrate, imagine that there had been some emergency prunes on Main Street earlier this season. When we’re ready to prune all of the other trees on Main Street, we can do the following:

  1. Search sites on Main Street (all Main St. sites will be highlighted on the map).

  2. Go to the Work grid and sort the work records by Completed Date descending.

  3. Put the work records for this season’s completed trims into your queue (check-marked), and click “Deselect Sites” to remove the associated sites from your current site selection.

  1. Go to your Sites grid, queue all sites and globally create pruning work records.
