Once a report has been created, you can export the results by clicking the menu icon in the top-right of the report. You will then see a list appear, allowing you to export in three different formats: Excel file, CSV, or PDF.
There are also three different types of exports per file type:
All data
Listing – exported file will contain all data shown in the report as well as an additional column containing the Site ID for that individual record.
Summary – exported file will contain all data shown in the report as well as an additional column containing an array of the Site IDs that make up the Count.
Visible data – exported file will contain all data shown in the report exactly as it displays in the Report Builder.
This option will allow you to export a smaller set of data by filtering. For more information on filtering, see: Filtering/Sorting Report Results.

Selected data – follows the same logic as Visible data, but the exported file will contain only the records that are queued (check-marked) in the report.
