Summary

This release was focused on buttoning down the New(!) Work Record tab. After a few months of alpha testing, the Support team is happy to announce that we are going to be opening testing for new clients in the new year.

We also introduced a new feature when new sites are imported. If there are more than 100 sites the system will email you when the new sites are finished being imported. There will also be a breakdown of any issues encountered.

Cross Facility Searches, if your system has multiple Facility Layers, will now be Inclusive.

Import Tool - New Email Feature!

When uploading large amounts of sites you would have to wait until the system processed every site before you could continue working in TreeKeeper. Now if you import 100+ sites the system will allow you to continue working and will send a summary of the import to your account’s email address.

If there are any errors, missing attribute values, or typos, a text document will be sent detailing the issues.

Cross Facility Search - Inclusive Search

For systems with multiple facilities, you can run a cross-facility search. The limitation of this type of search was the need to have the same attribute in both layers. Now, if you run a search and one of the attributes you are searching on is not in a facility the search will return all the sites that match the other criteria!

For example, let’s say your system has Street Trees and Park Trees. If you wanted to find all the White Oaks with a condition of Good but wanted to limit the search to only a few parks. Before, your search would ignore all the Street Trees because they do not have a Park attribute. Now, you will get all the White Oaks with a condition of Good in the street trees AND all the White Oaks with a condition of Good in the Parks you selected.
