Overview
Users with permissions to use the Global Edit function will find it in the Data Grid at the bottom of the are able to make changes to multiple sites, work orders and work records at the same time.
To do so, populate the Data Grid using either the Selection map tools or the Search function. From there, use the check marks at the left of the Data Grid to select the sites, work orders or work records you wish to global edit. Once you have chosen the records you wish to edit, hit the Global Edit button in the panel to the left of the Data Grid.
After hitting the Global Edit button you will be brought to a global edit page that will reflect the type of record you wanted to edit. (Site editing page for Sites, Work Record edit page for Work Records etc.)
