Overview

The Work Type Management List can be found in the Administrative Center under the Administrative Lists section. Here is where you can add, edit, or delete values that are used to populate the Work Type List. There are typically two columns in the Work Type List Management List, the Work Type column that holds the values for the names that will show up in the Work Type List and the Usage Count. You can add a new value for the work type list by clicking on the “+” at the bottom of the page.
