List Management Functions
Values can be added to lists by clicking the button at the bottom of the list form.
Â

Â
Unused list values can be removed by clicking the ‘Delete List Item’ button within the Actions column.
Lists With Unique Functions
There are a few lists that have special functions tied to the values within them.
Species Information Management
You will have to fill out the botanical and common names and choose a tree type. When adding non-tree values like Obsolete, Vacant, Stump, or Other, it will be simple to add the species value. For the trees (Tree, Palm, Shrub), you will have some other things to specify like the i-Tree Eco Species value and valuation numbers.
Geography List Management
The geography list is used for park-style addressing. These lists are for geographic areas that may not have addresses (like parks) and can help categorize your inventory.
Project List Management
This section allows you to manage ongoing and previous projects. You can also specify budgets per project, allowing you to keep track of the cost of work.
Work Crew Management
This section is where you can manage crews to assign work to. In a similar fashion to Project List Management, you can assign an hourly rate to a crew to help auto-calculate the cost of work.
