The Attribute List Management

page

section allows a user to view, add, edit and delete list values

of

for each custom attribute

per

in an individual data layer.

To access the Attribute List Management, head to the Admin Center and then choose Attribute List Management, which is within the Administrative Lists section. The Attribute List Management window will allow you to choose a data layer that you wish to access and then each individual attribute from said data layer.

About Attribute List Management

You will start by secifying the Data Layer, then choosing the Attribute whose list you want to manage.

Attribute List Management Features

Once you choose an attribute, you will see its list values.

The first column is the List Value, which is the text that will be appear in the attribute list.

The next column is Sort Value, containing – for attributes set to custom-sort only; contains numbers that determine how the list values will be sorted when displaying the list. As a rule of thumb, the lowest The lowest Sort Value number will appear first in the list and the highest Sort Value number will appear last in the list.

The sort values will only take effect if the attribute’s List Sort Order is set to ‘Customized’.

For most attributes, the last column will be Usage Count. This Usage Countshows how many times each list value is used. This total number of uses for each list value and can be helpful when determining if an attribute list value can be safely removed or not.

An exception to that is when you are viewing the Condition attribute list. In that case, there will also be a Rating column. Rating – Condition attribute only; Condition attributes have an iTree i-Tree rating attached to the tree condition values, which is what would be entered in the Rating field. This is used for both i-Tree Eco benefits and valuations.

Lastly, Actions – this is where you can A: edit a list value, or B: delete a list value.

Adding a List Value

To add a list value, navigate to the attribute you want to add the list value to like as described above, and scroll to click the (blue star) button at the bottom of the window to find the green '+' button.

This will bring up the Add List Value form, where you will fill out the fields like List Value and Sort Value for most attributes, as well as Rating for Condition attributes onlycertain fields as described above.

Click Save when you’re done filling out the form and you will have a new value in your attribute list!
