Overview
The Caller Classification List displays the values that are used to classify who a caller is called when making adding a record of call to a callsite. Some typical Caller Classification values in every system are Property Owner, Resident,and Other, but some systems may have different caller classifications such as Visitor in park systems.

If you want to add more caller Caller Classification values, you can hit the “+” click the 
button at the bottom of the page to access window. In the Add Classification List Value page window, you can simply give the list value a name and click Save.
