Overview
The Side List Management page allows the user to view, add, edit and delete values that would appear in the Side attribute when adding or editing a site. The Side attribute allows a user to be more accurate when they add a site and need to differentiate whether the site is located in the Front, Side, Rear, or maybe even on a Median.
To access Side List Management, go to the admin center and navigate to the Administrative Lists section. In the Side List Management there are 3 columns that contain relevant information to the user. The Side Name column displays the name of the values that populate the Side field.
The Short Name column shows how the side name might be abbreviated in a system. The Usage Count column lets the user know how many sites use each Side value. Using the “+” at the bottom of the page you can add a new value to the Side List. When adding a new Side value all you have to do is create a name and a shortened, abbreviated version of the side name.
