The Reason List Managementsection allows an admin to view the values that are available to select in the Reason field while adding a call. TreeKeeper systems are commonly delivered with Service Request and Complaint, but other values can be added as you wish. You can edit or delete call reasons
Call reasons can be edited or deleted using the buttons within the Actions column. It is not recommended to delete a list value that is currently in use, so you can check how many calls are using each list value within the Usage Count column.
