The Reason List Management section allows an admin to view the values that are available to select in the Reason field while adding a call. TreeKeeper systems are commonly delivered with Service Request and Complaint, but other values can be added as you wish. You can edit or delete call reasons using the buttons within the Actions column. It is not recommended to delete a list value that is currently in use, so you can check how many calls are using each list value within the Usage Count column.
Clicking the button at the bottom of the window will allow you to add a value to the Reason List after simply giving it a name.
