The Caller Classification List displays the values that are used to classify who a caller is when making a record of a call.
Typical Caller Classification values you would have in every system would be Other and Owner
If you want to add more caller Caller Classification values then you can hit the “+” button at the bottom of the page to access the Add Classification Value page
