Why is my Follow Me/Center Me Not Working?

At times, the Follow Me or Center Me buttons, often called Location Services, may be disabled and shown as a grayed-out buttons.

In most cases, this is because the location services are disabled on your device. Please see the steps below to re-enable it:

For PC users:

• In the URL bar, locate the “View site information” button directly to the left of the URL.

• Enable “Location”.

• Reload the website.

For iOS users:

• Enable Location Services under Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

For iOS Safari users:

• While viewing TreeKeeper in Safari, select the “aA” icon in the Address Bar.

• Select “Website Settings”

• Scroll down and select “Location”

• Set Location to “Allow”

• Select Done.

For Android users:
