Calls Overview
TreeKeeper allows you to record call information on a site-to-site basis.
A - Add a Call
This button is what you use to begin adding a call. This opens a separate form where you willl fill out information about the caller and call. For more information see Adding a Call.
B - Call Overview
Here we have an overview of the call’s information. If there are multiple calls associated to a site, this section is where you could select which call to view in the Call Information Pane.
C - Information Tabs
These are used to flip between different sections of data in the site view screen. From left to right, the optoins are Site Information, Call Information, Work Information, Tree Benefits Information, and Archive Information.
D - Call Information
The selected call’s information will show in this pane.
E - Edit Call
This button allows you to edit or delete a call if you have the permissions to do so. For more information, see Removing a Call & Editing a Caller.
F - Print Call Button
This button allows you to print the call information.
