Work Overview
This page is an overview of work records. If you are looking for information on work orders, see Work Orders.
Work records are a single instance of work requested or performed at a site.
A - Work Filters
This section allows you to filter what work records are displayed by Work Status.
B - Add Work
This button is what you use to begin adding a work record. This will open a new form where information about the work will be entered. For more information see Adding a Work Record or Adding Multiple Work Records.
C - Work Overview
This sections displays a brief overview of all work records associated to the given site. The work record that you are currently viewing will be highlighted in green, and clicking on any other work record will display its full information in Work Information pane.
On the left side of each work record’s overview, there will be a colored dot. The color indicates the current status of the work record and those colors are as follows:
Yellow - Requested: the work has been requested, but not scheduled or completed.
Blue - Scheduled: the work has been scheduled and is not past its scheduled date.
Red - Late: the work is 30 days past its requested date or 1 day past its scheduled date.
Green - Completed: the work has been completed.
D - Information Tabs
These are used to flip between different sections of data in the site view screen. From left to right, the optoins are Site Information, Call Information, Work Information, Tree Benefits Information, and Archive Information.
E - Work Information
All of the selected work record’s information will display in this pane.
F - Edit Work
This button allows you to edit or delete a work record. For more information on deleting, see Deleting a Work Record.
G - Print Work
This allows you to print the data of the selected work record.
H - Work Comments
Here you can see all of the comments for the work record as well as their date, time, and any tags. You can also adjust the sort order in which comments appear. For more information see Work Record Comments.
I - Documents
Documents can be uploaded using the Upload Files button. All of the accepted file types are listed below that button. See Documents and Photos for more information.
